Client: CoverGirl (SPEC)
Target Audience: Women (ages 24-40)
Project: B2C Magazine Ad
Challenge: To get women to visit their closest drugstore with the end goal being to purchase CoverGirl’s newest lipstick.
Solution: CoverGirl is known for celebrating “authenticity, diversity, and self-expression through makeup.” With that in mind, I chose words to showcase CG’s newest product while keeping women’s authentic look the focus.

Client: Johnson & Johnson (SPEC)
Target Audience: Parents of young children (ages 0-2)
Project: B2C Email
Challenge: Create an email that would increase awareness of Johnson’s newest product designed for infants, have parents visit their website and download a coupon, with the end result being to purchase the product.
Solution: One of Johnson and Johnson’s high standards for their products is safety. I used that as my focus to create copy that reflected how safe this product is for their child. Giving parents that reassurance and incorporating a friendly and playful tone was important to me.

Client: Pure Impact Boxing Gym (SPEC)
Target Audience: Men and Women (ages 22-38)
Project: B2C Direct Mail
Challenge: Get new customers to come through the gym doors by offering a 3-day pass with the end result being for them to join the gym.
Solution: The words I chose for this piece were designed to quickly grab the reader’s attention with some extra sass, while putting an emphasis on not waiting another minute to start getting healthy and fit.
